Position Summary:

We have immediate openings for highly motivated people in Assembler positions on first shift for people with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. If you take pride in your work and have a 'can-do' attitude, we want to talk with you This role is vital to supporting the future growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of a group leader.
  • Responsible for continually maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Prepare and position parts for assembly, ensure each component is fastened together correctly, and check connections logging any discrepancies.
  • Assembles material components using both hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform required manufacturing processes while meeting all quality and production standards.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Complete pre-employment assessments.
  • Ability to accurately read and utilize a tape measure.
  • Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance with consistent schedule adherence.
  • Ability to work in environment that is not climate controlled.

Environment/Physical Requirements

This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed throughout the work shift.
  • Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
  • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.50 per hour

Royal offers a competitive pay package that includes an hourly wage paid weekly and a production bonus paid monthly totaling $17.50 per hour. $15.50 per hour is paid weekly. The production bonus is paid monthly, and pays a year-to-date average of $2.00 per hour
