YOUR DAY AS OUR CHIEF MAINTENANCE OFFICER

As our Chief Maintenance Officer, you'll lead by example, ensuring our hotel operates smoothly day in and day out. You'll oversee training for our technicians, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain our property and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality. From servicing the hotel's pool to implementing preventative maintenance programs, your role will be vital in upholding our commitment to excellence

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Maintenance, handyman, or general construction experience
  • Knowledge of general maintenance and safety
  • Ability to work with all departments, including guest interactions
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ensures daily work orders are completed in a timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure pool chemistry and temperature are in accordance to current health department standards.
  • Maintains the grounds and landscaping in neat and an attractive manner. Ensures timely snow removal and the safety of walkways and parking lots.

Having leadership or supervising experience is a plus
