Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Robotics experience is essential.
- Proficiency in HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
- Mechatronics knowledge (a plus).
- Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) expertise.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting complex systems.

Additional Skills:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Preventative Maintenance: Proven track record in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
- Continuing Maintenance: Dedication to ongoing maintenance activities to ensure peak equipment performance.

Responsibilities:
- System Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of robotics, HMI, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic, and PLC systems to maintain and optimize equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Communication: Work closely with team members to communicate maintenance needs and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute and enhance preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
- Continuing Maintenance: Contribute to ongoing maintenance activities to keep operations running smoothly.
