Grain Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Grain Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of client's grain storage and handling facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in grain operations to ensure efficient and safe handling of stored grain.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the grain storage facilities, including receiving, drying, storage, and load-out processes
• Manage grain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of grain movements
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment to optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all grain-handling activities

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Proven self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse team and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Experience in grain location management, grain superintendent, grain operation management, or grain production supervision
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
• Background in project management would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Spanish (fluent or conversational) is a plus but not required
