Schuylkill is a premier medical imaging facility focusing on convenience and comfort, providing multi-modality outpatient services in Pottsville, PA.

Essential Functions of a Patient Coordinator

  • Answer phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Scan/upload patient charts
  • Coordinate front office tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Perform patient confirmation calls and insurance verification as needed

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to cover evenings and Saturdays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
