Are you ready to take on the exciting role of full-time Facilities Director at the Congregation of Holy Cross (US Province) in the picturesque location of Notre Dame, IN? This is your opportunity to spearhead the maintenance and oversight of our properties locally and nationally, with a salary range of $87,000 to $107,000/year. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As Facilities Director, you will oversee all province properties and facilities, near and far, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully functional. You'll direct the business activities of facilities management, including overseeing the Province's maintenance and housekeeping departments. Additionally, you'll travel to province-owned properties as needed for planned or unplanned site visits and assessments, ensuring that our properties maintain the high standards on which we pride ourselves.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of building trades, building codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Planner)

A bachelor's degree or related education is preferred but not required.
