About the Program: The Bardi Home Services Academy is a unique, hands-on training program designed to create the next generation of skilled HVAC technicians. This comprehensive, paid training opportunity allows participants to learn the ins and outs of HVAC systems, with no prior experience required. Our first class of HVAC technicians will receive practical, hands-on training in our state-of-the-art lab, coupled with classroom instruction led by industry experts. The program lasts between 9-12 weeks, during which time you’ll gain the skills necessary to start a rewarding career in HVAC.  

What We Offer:

• Paid Training: Earn $20/hour while you learn, with full-time hours dedicated to building your skills and launching your career.
• Hands-On Experience: Work with real HVAC equipment in our in-house lab, gaining practical experience that prepares you for real-world scenarios.
• Classroom Learning: Engage in structured, classroom-based education covering essential HVAC theories, best practices, and technical skills.
• Career Path: Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will have the opportunity to join Bardi Home Services as a full-time HVAC Service Technician, with clear pathways for career advancement.

• Experience: Previous trade school or HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work full-time in a 9-12 week training program.
• No prior HVAC experience is required, but a passion for learning and a strong work ethic are essential.
