Job DescriptionJob Description

Smoky Mountain Knife Works Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete daily review of product receiving documents and perform match to vendor invoices, communicating discrepancies as necessary.

Provide backup for accounts receivable, data entry, and other general accounting functions.

Provide administrative support including scanning, organizing, and filing.

REQIREMENTS:

Experience in Accounting or Business preferred but not required.

Strong organizational and time management skills required.

Professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills.

Position requires dependability and flexibility and the ability to work independently and on multiple projects at one time.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks.

Ability to learn/navigate multiple systems and software programs, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

POSITION TYPE:

Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Some overtime may be required
