We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Financial Analyst (Fort Myers) to join our fast growing team You will be making an impact each day by helping our team of professionals serve our communities better and our Company grow so we can support even more of our neighbors.

You are someone that has a keen interest and meaningful experience in fields of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, analysis, forecasting, reporting and operations. You know your way around spreadsheets and have experience with QuickBooks Online. Your experience in the fields of cleaning, restoration, and/or construction are all a plus. You are an individual that is outgoing, presentable, and has outstanding communication skills.

You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team. You are a leader and coach to others and know you are only as successful as those you bring along with you.

Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Management of customer invoicing and vendor payment processes
  • Maintaining A/R aging and supporting collections
  • Auditing transactions and performing quality reviews
  • Bookkeeping tasks including journal entry processing
  • Preparation of financial statements (via QBO)
  • Performing budget-to-actual analysis
  • Support in processing payroll, bonus and other compensation calculations
  • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including growth/investment analyses
  • Management of opportunity tracker for sales team members
  • Management of the in-and-out sheet to Company referrals
  • Maintenance of Company Scorecard - Aggregation of KPIs/Metrics on weekly basis
Other Areas of Support:
  • Vendors - Key point of contact for technology, insurance, fleet, supplies, financing, and other relationships
  • Human Resources - Support team member onboarding processes
  • Legal - Support in processing liens and other legal support
  • CSR - Ability to answer customer calls, serving as back-up to call center
  • Other - Renewals of licenses, certifications, key contracts, etc.
Your soft skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (We are a "communication company" that specializing in restoration)
  • Ability to manage others, provide coaching and develop others
  • Ability to multi-task, in a complex and sometimes quickly changing environment
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, you are representing the company on and off the clock
Your Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a bookkeeping/accountant/analyst role
  • Overall interest in serving your communities and being a hero to your neighbors
  • General familiarity with the cleaning, restoration, and/or construction industries
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record pull
  • High school diploma/GED and Post-Secondary experience
