Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.

Be reliable and consistent for all the roles and responsibilities in the accountability chart.

Must be able to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure it is being used consistently

Must have 2+ years of retail or retail leadership experience.

Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:


LMA: Leadership + Management = Accountability
You must provide structure, discipline, support, and leadership to develop your team. In addition, you must effectively communicate the why for policies and processes, express ideas and thoughts, and keep others adequately informed and communicate status changes. You must also be forward thinking by looking for new ways to grow by trying new options and following up on the successes and failures of those initiatives. You are a great leader when you provide your people with clear direction, give them the necessary tools, let go of the vine, act with the greater good in mind, and take Clarity Breaks. You are a great manager when you keep expectations clear with your direct reports, communicate well, have the right Meeting Pulse, have Quarterly Conversations, and reward and recognize. The byproduct of being a great leader and a great manager are personal accountability and therefore a highly accountable team.

Coaching - Coaching consists of well-crafted, precision-based questions that guide a conversation and encourage people to develop their own problem-solving skills and amplify their self-awareness. The responsibility to have an effective coaching conversation rests with the Coach. A coaching conversation should be guided by the Coaching Process in order to empower the coachee to self-reflect and arrive at a solution, new insight, or behavior change that will yield sustainable results.

Sales Revenue: You must monitor achievement of goals, quotas, and target attainment. Attention to trends allows the District Leader the opportunity to implement changes, communication, trainings, and incentives in order to improve performance. Stay current and align with the Verizon performance indicators.

Customer Experience: You must ensure that your district is providing customers with a productive and memorable experience that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. This includes verifying that effective BeMobile Core Process coaching is in effect, monitoring customer feedback, addressing customer escalations, and constantly challenging Store Leaders to strive for improvement.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of your District including inventory and cash handling, account access and invoicing, recruiting and interviewing, and scheduling and attendance. District Leaders must have the ability to perform assorted administrative tasks.

Verizon Relationship: You must develop and maintain positive relationships with the Verizon support team and foster relationships between Store Leaders and Verizon Account Managers.

Store Cleanliness and Functionality: You must continuously monitor the overall store cleanliness, both for an impressive customer experience as well as a satisfactory work environment for our employees. Cleanliness is expected in both customer facing areas and employee break rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms and offices. It is always expected that all areas are clutter free and clean. In addition, be attentive to making sure all fixtures, furniture, signs, security devices and displays are working properly, or issues are communicated to the proper department.

Continuous Learning Complete all assigned trainings via Litmos. Attend all training and development webinars/meetings invited to per your role and position. Improve product knowledge related to your position and increase skillset with tools provided by leadership, Training Department or self-education.

District Leaders are also required to exhibit the following:
Know what is happening in each location at all times by being involved and engaged.
Be knowledgeable and able to answer questions with confidence and ease.
Plan, organize and delegate as required.
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and exhibit the behaviors that we desire from all employees.
Coach, develop, and retain a successful team of Store Leaders and Sales Partners
Complete all operational and administrative duties requested in a timely manner.
Provide input in various areas of the organization.
Perform all tasks of a Store Leader.
