B J Perch Construction, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Construction Superintendent to work in the field and lead our team in completing construction jobs in and around Fresno, CA. This position earns a competitive pay based on experience, and works a typical Monday through Friday schedule.

Our Construction Superintendent is the backbone for our operations as you provide effective management of our jobs from start to finish Much of your day is spent in the field as you lead our team and subcontractors to ensure everything goes as planned. You focus on completing projects to the highest quality, staying organized, under budget and on time. Being a hands-on leader, you project an atmosphere of dedication and efficiency to keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule. We truly rely on your leadership to assist in the overall success of our company

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

  • At least 5 years of construction management experience
  • Current driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding drug screening
  • Able and willing to travel to projects in the Monterey, CA area
