Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and managing records
  • Facilitate effective communication between our team and our Spanish-speaking contractors
  • Handle inquiries, provide information and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • High proficiency in Google Suite applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Education & Experience Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
