Crestwood Dental Group has an exciting opportunity for a Dental Scheduling Coordinator. We are searching for a vibrant and positive person with excellent people skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule appointments for patients
  • Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with dental team to ensure smooth operations
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a dental office or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in dental scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
