Respiratory Therapist with Case Management Roles

Do you have a heart for people and passion for leading a team? ABLE, Inc. has an opening for a compassionate and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In addition to traditional respiratory therapy duties, this role will involve case management responsibilities, including coordinating care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring continuity of care for individuals with Developmental and/or Intellectual Disabilities.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with Respiratory Therapy and experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities. Requires current Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of North Dakota. This position will be very active in the lives of people we support, working alongside Direct Support Professionals, to assist people with disabilities in creating the life they desire.
