JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our team.  As a Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing our financial activities and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of our financial records. You will work closely with senior management to make strategic financial decisions and drive the financial success of our organization.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • - Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • - Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • - Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • - Experience in the medical sector is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

- Supervisory or managerial experience.

- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

- Strong strategic financial planning and risk management experience


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MS Excel.
