We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team of approx. 75 skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.

Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more by creating CNC Mill programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $23 -$32/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential with generous perks and benefits including:

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experienceoperating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers is required.
  • Ability to program using Mastercam is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up, Program and Run CNC Vertical & Horizontal Milling Centers
  • Inspect your own parts
  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
  • Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
  • Maintain a safe working environment

You should be proficient in:

  • Troubleshooting CNC Machines
  • CAD/CAM Software

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Doosan, Makino, Hurco, Dmg Mori Seiki)
  • CAM Software (Mastercam)

Salary info:
