Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring and supervising all pool related activities while enforcing policies and procedures. You will play an important role in the community by ensuring our residents stay safe while having fun in the sun

What you’ll accomplish:

• Learning the emergency action plan and how to employ it
• Performing lifesaving duties when needed
• Keeping the facilities clean and organized
• Communicating pool rules effectively and politely
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Participating in scheduled aquatics meetings

What we’re looking for:

• CPR certification is required
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to pass a swim test
• Energy, a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
