About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse Wellness, you will be responsible for providing wellness information to our members here at the club. Your primary goal will be to promote wellness. Your expertise and compassion will ensure the highest level of member information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Certification in a specialty area such as wound care or geriatrics
- Experience in home health or hospice care
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, healthy lifestyle choices, and medication regimens
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Skills:
As a Nurse, you will utilize your clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional information to our members. Your communication skills will be essential in educating patients and their families on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices. You will collaborate with our personal training team. Your attention to detail and documentation skills will be critical in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
