Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing team with various field activities, including progress reporting, internal meetings, and client engagement.
  • Assist in executing field marketing and brand awareness campaigns to meet market share and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audience preferences and implement brand strategies accordingly.
  • Work with agency partners to plan and execute integrated brand awareness and field marketing initiatives.
  • Educate the target audience about our brands and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for helping others and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a field related to sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a professional drive.
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Please Note:

  • This is an entry-level position.
  • Daily travel to our office in Mission Hills is required.
  • Local candidates only (or those willing to relocate within 2 weeks of an offer).
