The Charles River Center provides innovative opportunities, services, and supports for over 950 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and mental health challenges, in the Metrowest and Southeast regions of Massachusetts.

The Residential Cluster Director will oversee 6 residential programs for adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. As the Residential Cluster Director, you will oversee the operational, financial, and administrative operations of the residential programs. In addition, provide supervision, training and evaluation of staff to ensure person-centered programming for persons-served.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health/human service-related field and three years’ experience in the human services field, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
