Swim Instructor- Church Hill

SwimRVA's mission is to elevate aquatics in the Richmond region making water safety and aquatic fitness more accessible to all. We are currently seeking swim instructors with enthusiasm and passion to become part of the SwimRVA team.

SwimRVA Swim School Instructors will be responsible for teaching group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and ability levels creating a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive experience. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills along with the ability to build strong relationships with participants and demonstrate the ability to be punctual and dependable. Previous swim instruction and/or competitive swimming experience preferred.
