Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s manufacturing facility in Oshkosh, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management within the industrial laundry sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in the industrial laundry systems industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Drive initiatives for process improvements and innovation.
