Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist/Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about our products and effectively answering customer inquiries.
• Identifying potential customers and providing a warm greeting both at the dealership and on the lot.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Proactively contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to foster lasting relationships.
• Highlighting product features and explaining how they address customer needs.
• Obtaining and maintaining all Ford Sales Certifications.
