Position Overview:

The Director of Cabin/Custom Structure Sales will support a team of sales professionals fully dedicated to helping families live more memorable lives by designing solutions that exceed their expectations. In this role, you will oversee the individual contributor's performance by coaching and training all team members. In addition, you will ensure our customer's experience through our Ulrich Proven Process with every interaction. Your leadership and passion for serving others will drive growth and profitability for the Cabin/Custom Structures Sales Division. The Director of Cabin/Custom Structures Sales Manager will be deeply embedded in and intimately involved in every aspect of day to day sales activity. The Sales manager will be supported and empowered by the Vice President of Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Support and improve Ulrich's Sales Process to achieve results
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and annual sales quotas for the Cabins/Custom Structures Sales Team and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
  • Set clear objectives for the Sales Team by continuously training, motivating, and developing new and existing team members
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking performance and pipeline activity
  • Promote internal competition and esprit de corps through rewards, incentives, and sales campaigns
  • Daily team calls for training, communication, and team goal alignment
  • Meet one-on-one weekly with team members individually to review performance and progress
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain positive customer relations
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team

Experience/Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred but not required
  • 5 years consultative sales experience required
  • 5 years of lead or supervising experience

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of CRM (HubSpot preferred) to manage tasks and sales funnel
  • Manufacturing or outdoor storage knowledge a plus
