Responsibilities:

  1. Joyful Assessments: Infuse your assessments with positivity and create an atmosphere where residents look forward to their therapy sessions.
  2. Creative Treatment Plans: Develop innovative and engaging treatment plans that incorporate a touch of fun, making rehab feel like playtime.
  3. Laughter-Infused Interventions: Administer therapeutic interventions with a side of humor – because who said therapy can't be entertaining?
  4. Progress Parties: Celebrate every small win with mini parties, encouraging residents to dance, move, and celebrate their achievements.
  5. Therapeutic Game Nights: Organize game nights that double as therapy sessions, promoting movement and social interaction in a lively setting.
  6. Collaborative Jam Sessions: Work closely with other healthcare rockstars, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to create a symphony of care.
  7. Documenting the Fun Journey: Keep track of the fun and progress with cheerful documentation – turning notes into a story of triumph and smiles.

Qualifications:

  1. Licensed Fun-Maker: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho, with a knack for infusing joy into everything you do.
  2. Experience in the Playful Arts: Preferred two years of experience in providing physical therapy services (New PTs feel free to apply), preferably with a twist of humor.
  3. Dance Moves Optional: Strong clinical skills combined with a playful spirit and an ability to bust a move when the situation calls for it.
  4. Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously in a multidisciplinary team because great things happen when we play together.
  5. Captain of the Fun Ship: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to captain our voyage of joyous healing.
