We are looking for a skilled Structural CAD Technician to join our growing team.

As a CAD Technician with the Structural Group at SSFM, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering team by producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings for a variety of structural projects. You will collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure that our designs are translated into precise and reliable technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for structural projects.

Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.

Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and industry regulations.

Assist in the preparation of design documentation and reports.

Stay up-to-date with industry standards and CAD & REVIT software advancements.

Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:


Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a CAD Technician in a structural engineering environment.

Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT and other relevant CAD software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction materials.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
