Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers? Our growing company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to play a key role in managing our financial operations. Your expertise will ensure smooth and efficient processing of accounts payable, contributing directly to the financial health of our organization.
What You'll Do
  • Process and manage invoices and payments accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes.
  • Assist with audits and providing necessary documentation
  • Managing and monitoring all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
