Airtable Specialist Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40-$60/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)
- Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid, Open to remote candidates located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 8 Month Assignment
Airtable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout and ongoing management of Airtable within our Global Content organization.
- Support change management activities for ongoing system updates, including maintenance and creation of process documentation and communication of updates to users.
- Create and maintain process documentation about back-end system functionality for the Airtable admin team.
- Design and implement training programs to equip users with the skills to leverage Airtable effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Airtable best practices and emerging features.
- Own and refine the user management process.
- Assist users with day-to-day questions about new and existing Airtable functionality.
Airtable Specialist Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with successful Airtable implementations, ideally in the tech or media space.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
- Experience working in a NY/NJ based company is a plus.
- Familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
