Oak Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Greensburg, PA- is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Available Shifts:

3pm - 11pm M-F

What will you do as a Unit Manager

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and directing the day to day functions of the nursing department, in accordance with company policy and all appropriate regulations
  • Make frequent rounds to monitor resident/patient conditions and to ensure nursing personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
  • Based on rounds and resident conditions, request RN assessments as needed.
  • Evaluate the daily staffing needs and assignments and make suggestions if needed.
  • Ensure all reports and forms are completed as required and participate in care plan meetings as requested.
  • Performance of administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting etc., as necessary throughout the day

What you need as a Unit Manager

  • Certified/licensed in the state as a RN
