Position Purpose

Responsible for the heavy duty and detail cleaning of all bars.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Keep all counter tops and cupboards wiped clean at all times.
  • Keep floors mopped and cleaned around stations; also mop floor in beer cooler.
  • Keep all floor drains cleaned out daily.
  • Change garbage bags in all stations; dump garbage and empty boxes often.
  • Empty and clean all reach-in refrigerators behind bar.
  • Clean glassware daily.
  • Clean bar foot rails.
  • Keep walls and surrounding area clean around the coffee/soda dispensers located throughout the Casino.
  • Cleans glass windows and doors.
  • Clean all Pepsi machines in stations.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Lounge Manager and/or F&B Director.

    Education and/or Experience

    Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

    Experience – One-year experience in a related field.

    Language Skills

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other employees.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
