We are currently seeking a Chemist III to join our team. As a Chemist III, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests to analyze chemical compounds and substances. Your main objective will be to ensure the quality and integrity of our products through accurate and reliable testing procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our products and processes.

Responsibilities

? Conduct chemical analyses and experiments to test the properties and composition of materials.

? Perform tests using various laboratory equipment and instruments, such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and titration equipment.

? Perform analytical method development using instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, HPTLC, etc.

? Participate in completing daily laboratory functions, calibrations, and verifications

? Compile and analyze test data and prepare reports documenting test results and findings.

? Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure their proper functioning.

? Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling hazardous materials and chemicals.

? Perform method validation activities in accordance with FDA, ICH, AOAC, and customer standards

? Write and update laboratory standard test methods to accommodate new and modified methods

? Train other laboratory personnel on the use of laboratory instrumentation and software

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

? Strong knowledge of chemical principles and laboratory techniques.

? 5+ years’ experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a quality control or research role.

? Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.

? Ability to accurately and precisely follow established protocols and procedures.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

? Effective communication and teamwork skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Knowledge of safety guidelines and practices when working with hazardous materials.

? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
