Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team. The Construction Surveyor will be responsible for accurately measuring project sites, providing precise data for the design and construction process as it pertains to our production needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction surveying techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a vehicle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site measurements using a variety of tools and instruments.
  • Create accurate and detailed reports, including measurements, elevations, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to site measurements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, especially pertaining to design and measurement.
  • Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as tape measure and laser levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Dropbox, CompanyCam and sketching softwares.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
