Parts & Inventory Specialist:
(Entry-Level, full-time M-F 8AM-5PM) - $20-$30 per hour plus bonuses (salary based on experience)
The Parts & Inventory Specialist helps customers and service team members in identifying parts for their equipment, creates and sends quotes to customers, and processes purchase orders from customers. They also help plan, organize, and monitor the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from our suppliers.
Primary, Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
Handling incoming parts request from customers via phone and email, completing quotes, and inputting customer orders.
Researching/identifying parts for team members and customers.
Assist Service team with parts for upcoming jobs.
Staging parts for service jobs daily.
Checking in parts that come back from service orders and ensuring they go back into inventory for later use.
Warehouse/Inventory control.
Shipping and receiving as needed.
Helping to unload and put away stock orders.
Updating the CRM software with current customer information and assets.
Route prospects to the appropriate territory sales engineer that are qualified opportunities for equipment, service, and rental revenue.
Possess the ability to effectively manage time and carry out tasks daily.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must maintain a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service and teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
Educational Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Training: On the job training.

Retirement: Peerless Energy Systems currently has in place a 401K as a vehicle for retirement. You can put away tax free up to 100% of the Federal Maximum of your Wages and Peerless Energy Systems will contribute 3% regardless.
