Qualifications

Be the Best Logistics Care Lead You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you

  • Associates degree required
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher advanced degree preferred (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in related field (clinical scheduling)
  • This position may require proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination as a condition of employment
  • 3+ years working in a healthcare operations role leading/strongly influencing front-line workers, preferably in a shared services environment
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex operational problems, working in high stress environments
  • Demonstrated experience positively influencing and motivating others without direct supervision
  • Experience communicating status utilizing operational metrics
  • 3+ years working experience utilizing EHR/EMR solutions in the Home Health and Hospice industry
  • A strong understanding of clinical, field and back-office processes required
  • Demonstrated experience successfully triaging logistical problems (e.g., supply chain)
  • Demonstrated experience working within Home Care market dynamics, such as staffing for growth and referral source and payer-related scheduling requirements
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and filling schedules
