A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHIROPRACTIC APPOINTMENT SETTER

As a Chiropractic Appointment Setter, your day begins at noon. You eagerly step into the welcoming and serene environment of Tripp Chiropractic & Nutrition. You start by refreshing your knowledge of our comprehensive services, ready to inform and engage with prospective clients. As you research and generate leads, you reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email, or social media, qualifying their needs and convincing them to schedule appointments.

Every interaction is documented meticulously, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Throughout the day, you juggle multiple tasks-from coordinating appointments for our specialists to following up with clients-while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. By 8 PM, you leave satisfied, knowing your efforts have paved the way for many to embark on their journey to better health.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Persistence and resilience in dealing with rejection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and the ability to remain courteous no matter the situation
• Computer literacy for research and data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with appointment setting or telemarketing

WORK SCHEDULE

This position offers a work schedule of 12 PM - 8 PM, Monday through Thursday. While full-time is highly preferred, a part-time option is available for the right candidate.
