Apply now to be part of an organization committed to fostering a positive work environment and professional growth opportunities.Duties:- Maintain lawns and grounds through regular mowing, pruning, and edging, leaf blowing
- Assign work to crews based on priorities, equipment availability, and weather conditions
- Establish and enforce work standards and operating procedures to ensure safety
- Mentor and guide lawn care staff, and spot-check their work to ensure it's done correctly
- Conduct regular inspections of lawns and grounds to identify areas that need attention
- Use hand tools and other equipment to perform groundskeeping tasks
- Develop and implement lawn care plans to keep our lawns looking their best
- Assist crew with landscape maintenance tasks, including watering, fertilizing
- Act as a main point of contact between the customer and crewRequirements:- Experience in lawn care and groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to operate lawnmowers, weed eaters and other equipment required
- Familiarity with hand tools and other equipment used in lawn care and groundskeeping
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks and ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.
-Leadership experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Longevity at previous jobs required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
