Job Summary: Assists customers with their deli food purchases, cooking/serving food for deli items to be purchased, and bagging/coding those items if necessary.

Morning Shift 5A-1PM

Description of Major Job Tasks: This description is not all-inclusive and is only intended to list major job tasks that can change per management decision.

  • Prep and cook for per the daily menu and customer food orders
  • Clean prep and cooking area per Health Dept. Regulations
  • Assist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory counts
  • Assist in daily deliveries of prep food and/or condiments
  • Maintain and filter grease fryers
  • Pull cases of food from freezer for next day cooking
  • General floor sweeping and mopping
  • Remove/replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed daily
  • Clean deli case to meet Health Dept. Regulations
  • Bag and code food for purchase

Special Skills: Customer service personality, good attendance, high cooking skills, reliable transportation
