Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team in McAllen. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales by establishing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
