Job DescriptionJob Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

    • Create and manage consistent newsletter
    • Manage Asana
    • Understand HIPPA
    • Create landing pages and lead magnets
    • Create and manage editorial calendar for social media and blogs
    • Assist with moving patients over from EMR to ConvertKit
    • Outreach for podcasts
      • Create a list of podcasts client can be a guest on
      • Pitch client to be a guest on podcasts
      • Schedule podcast
      • Send bio, headshot, etc.
      • Repurpose podcast into blogposts, social media content, etc.
    • Create Canva templates using branding and colors
    • Create and manage Amazon shop after new website is launched
    • Organize documents
    • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
    • Platforms:

Requirements

  • Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
  • Interest / passion in health and wellness / functional medicine (a must)
  • Creative
  • Good grammar and ability to write social copy
  • Intuitively organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • 10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
  • Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
