Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMarquis Construction Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent with Tenant Improvement experience on projects ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000. The Superintendent will work as part of the project management team on assigned projects. Work in conjunction with other Field Crew, Supervisors, Subcontractors, and Management to ensure quality and timeliness of project construction and completion. Candidate will be required to have and perform skilled trade knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities

Subcontractor coordination.
Plan Reading
Building Inspections
Skilled trade knowledge
Experience working on projects ranging from $10,000 to $500,000
Experience in self perform9ng work is required
Experience in supervision o field crew
Ability to conduct material take-offs and place orders

Qualifications:

3-5 years construction project experience required. Commercial, retail, and/or health care
General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
Proficient in skilled trades
Computer proficiency
Tools and vehicle
