Are you a skilled and passionate X-Ray Tech looking for an exciting opportunity in the beautiful Fernandina Beach area? Are you looking to pick up some extra cash? Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for procedures
  • Perform ultrasound examinations
  • Operate and maintain equipment
  • Analyze an interpret imaging results
  • Collaborate with medical team
  • Maintain accurate patient records

Required skills and qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university in related field
  • Active registration with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • Valid Florida state license as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • BLS certification
  • Proficient in computer software (eRad, Athena, PACS, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of ultrasound experience
  • ACLS certification (must be completed within 90 days of employment)
