BDC Representative

Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is growing We're looking for full-time, highly motivated, results-oriented individuals to join our Business Development Center team. As a BDC Representative, you'll play a key role in the automotive sales and service processes.

BDC Representatives are responsible for handling and answering all incoming Internet leads/inquiries via phone, email and text. This person must be a great communicator, have a positive attitude and quickly build a rapport with prospective and existing guests.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule: 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday with alternating Saturdays. Closed Sundays.

Responsibilities

· Answer all incoming sales/service calls and internet inquiries.

· Use multiple software platforms to communicate with guests

· Follow up daily with prospective and current client base

· Set and confirm sales/service appointments

· Communicate effectively with guests

· Excel in a fast-paced atmosphere

Qualifications

· No Experience necessary We will train you

· Great customer service skills

· Computer and phone skills

· Team player

· High School graduate
