Resumen del Puesto:
El Greeter es el primer punto de contacto para los clientes que visitan nuestros concesionarios. Su principal responsabilidad es proporcionar una cálida bienvenida a los visitantes, asegurarse de que se sientan cómodos y canalizarlos adecuadamente a los departamentos correspondientes. Este rol es crucial para garantizar una excelente experiencia al cliente y apoyar el proceso de ventas y servicio.

Responsabilidades y Funciones Principales:
1. Recepción de Clientes:
- Dar la bienvenida a los clientes de manera amable y profesional.
- Ofrecer asistencia inmediata y responder a preguntas básicas sobre la concesionaria y sus servicios.
- Asegurar que los clientes se sientan valorados y bienvenidos desde el momento en que entran en el establecimiento.

2. Orientación y Canalización:
- Dirigir a los clientes a los asesores de ventas, departamento de servicio, o cualquier otra área de interés dentro de la concesionaria.
- Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con el equipo de ventas y servicio para coordinar la atención al cliente.
- Administrar listas de espera y citas programadas, asegurando una atención organizada y eficiente.

3. Atención Telefónica y Virtual:
- Responder llamadas telefónicas y consultas en línea de manera cortés y profesional.
- Proporcionar información básica y transferir llamadas a los departamentos correspondientes.

4. Mantenimiento del Área de Recepción:
- Asegurar que el área de recepción esté siempre limpia, ordenada y presentable.
- Gestionar materiales de información, snacks, bebidas, café, entre otros para que estén disponibles para los clientes.

5. Asistencia Administrativa:
- Ayudar con tareas administrativas ligeras, como la entrada de datos y la preparación de documentación.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y otros departamentos en proyectos especiales y eventos.

6. Desarrollo de Relaciones:
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes, fomentando un ambiente acogedor.
- Recoger y reportar feedback de los clientes para mejorar continuamente la experiencia del cliente.

Requisitos del Puesto:

- Bachillerato completo o equivalente. Se valorará formación adicional en atención al cliente o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un rol de atención al cliente, preferentemente en la industria automotriz o retail.
- Habilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada al servicio.
- Conocimiento básico de los productos y servicios automotrices es una ventaja.
- Competencia en el uso de herramientas informáticas básicas y sistemas de gestión de clientes.

- Aptitudes Personales:
- Apariencia profesional y comportamiento amigable.
- Paciencia y capacidad para manejar situaciones difíciles con tacto y profesionalismo.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
