Job Description:
We are seeking talented Architecture Project Designers to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative architectural designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and clients to develop conceptual design ideas for architectural projects.
- Research and recommend building materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
- Ensure that architectural designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Prepare accurate construction drawings and specifications for building permits and contractor use.
- Conduct reviews and revisions of design documents to maintain quality standards and address feedback from stakeholders.
- Participate in site visits and inspections during construction to monitor progress and resolve design issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
