An Oilfield Construction Pusher is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction and maintenance of oil and gas well sites.
This includes managing a team of construction workers, ensuring that safety protocols are followed, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The pusher may also be responsible for ordering materials, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and communicating with project managers and other stakeholders.
The construction pusher should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years experience in oil and gas construction or related field. They must have a thorough understanding of construction principles, industry regulations, and safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are required. The supervisor must have the ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks at once, and have experience in leading a team. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment is a must.
