About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse with our team, you'll be a key player in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and flexible work environment. Your role will include:
- Patient Care: Implementing and managing patient care plans, assessing and documenting patient progress, and providing support to patients and their families.
- Coordination: Assisting in coordinating home health services and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Self-Care Education: Helping patients and their families with self-care strategies to promote independence and well-being.
- Supportive Environment: Work for a company committed to superior patient care and a positive work environment.
- Flexibility: Design your own flexible work schedule and enjoy a supportive team atmosphere.

- Licensing:
- Valid RN License from the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
- Valid Nevada Driver's License.
- Certifications:

- Education:
