Job Description: We are seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team at ETC. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality proposals and bids for environmental services projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the environmental services industry.
Responsibilities:· Research and gather information on project requirements, client needs, and industry trends.· Write and edit proposals, bids, and other business documents in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Qualifications).· Collaborate with technical experts, project managers, and other team members to develop compelling proposal content.· Ensure proposals are compliant with client specifications and requirements.· Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing professionals to create visually appealing proposal layouts.· Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and proposal tracking systems.· Participate in proposal strategy meetings and proposal review sessions.
Qualifications:· Associates or Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Environmental Science, or related field.· Proven experience in proposal writing, preferably in the environmental industry.· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.· Knowledge of environmental regulations, construction terminology, and project management concepts.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).· Experience with proposal management software.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
