Job Summary
The LPNs primary responsibility is to provide direct client care in accordance with the physicians orders working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.


Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care as assigned. Report all findings to the RN Case Manager, physician, and Clinical Manager.
  • Update the nursing care plan as needed per physician orders. Document communication and interpret the plan of care to the client regarding diagnosis and treatment.
  • Appropriately utilize and maintain nursing equipment and supplies needed for client care.
  • Corresponds with clinical field staff leaving messages and reports.
  • Participates in monthly rotation coverage schedule per policy.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
