What's your day like?

As a Personal Care Aide at Fellowship Community, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting residents with daily activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. You'll provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring the well-being and safety of those in your care. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents, promoting a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere.

What we're looking for in a Personal Care Aide

To excel as a Personal Care Aide at Fellowship Community, candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and their families. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, being organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success. Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures is beneficial, as well as the ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
