WPC is looking for an entry level Automotive Warranty Administrator
Warranty Processing Company, Inc. (“WPC”), has been in business since 1986 and is a national leader in automotive warranty claims administration. Due to our rapid growth, we are currently accepting applications for an entry level administrator to work either in office and/or as a telecommuter. This position requires:

  • Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience in any industry

  • Automotive industry experience is not required but a plus

Core Responsibilities will be taught and will include:

  • Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer
  • Book and close claims as required by dealer
  • Utilize technical knowledge to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
  • Remain current on all factory recalls and announcements
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables, warranty schedules, and work with the dealership accounting department to keep schedules current
  • Maintain compliance with all WPC internal policies and procedures
